You shop as a guest. You do not need an account. This notice describes processing in the online store.

For purchases, I process your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, items, amounts and order/payment status to fulfil and follow up the order.

Information sent through the contact form is used to reply to you. Do not send national identification numbers, card details or sensitive health information in the form.

Kustom handles payment and has its own privacy terms for its processing. Helsadi does not store card numbers or security codes.

Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare D1 stores a limited record of orders and email deliveries. Basin receives contact-form messages. Resend sends order emails. Providers process information needed for their tasks under the applicable agreements and privacy rules.

Information is kept for as long as needed for its purpose, complaints and legal duties, including bookkeeping. Access is restricted. Providers may process information outside the EEA; where applicable, transfers must have a valid legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Your browser remembers your cart, wishlist and privacy choice. A necessary protected cookie connects you to your own checkout and order confirmation. The payment solution may use necessary storage when you open checkout.

Google Maps loads only after you allow it. You can reject the map and still shop. Change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer.

Purchase information is processed to fulfil the contract and legal obligations. Enquiries are answered as steps before entering a contract or under a legitimate interest in customer service. Optional Google Maps loads on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw.
