Ordering and payment
Do I need an account?
No. You shop as a guest and receive an email confirmation after the order is verified.
How do I pay?
By card, Vipps or Klarna through Kustom. The options available to you are shown at checkout. Prices are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT.
Shipping and delivery
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs NOK 99 per order to mainland Norway. Your total is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my parcel arrive?
Normal delivery is 2–5 working days. I will let you know if delivery is delayed. The carrier provides the collection point and deadline.
Withdrawal and help
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
You normally have 14 days to withdraw. Conditions, exceptions and the withdrawal form are in the purchase terms and included in the order confirmation. Contact inger@helsadi.no for help.
I already have a gift card. What should I do?
Gift cards cannot be bought or redeemed in this checkout. Contact inger@helsadi.no before ordering so I can help with your existing gift card.
Privacy
Can I shop without Google Maps?
Yes. The map is optional. Your cart and payment work when you reject the map. You can change your choice in the footer.
